HOW GARDEN ROOMS ARE BUILT

We build to the highest standards to last a lifetime

Interior / Exterior

All our garden rooms are constructed from highly engineered modular timber frame system.

Our timber frame system speeds up the build process and leaves no room for error.

Each garden room is designed to our clients' requirements. So the choice is yours when it comes to cladding, windows, doors, lighting, trims, and wall finishes

Roof

The roof system is constructed with the same highly engineered treated frame system as the walls and floor. We use Kingspan or equivalent insulation in the roofing.

As standard, we use EPDM rubber roofing. EPDM has a 50-year life expectancy and is guaranteed for 20 years.

Insulation

We use Rockwool or equivalent as our standard insulation.
Rockwool has been around for over 80 years, proving itself as one of the leading providers of insulation worldwide.

Rockwool benefits from being carbon-negative and its high performance in fire-resistant, thermal, and acoustics.

Windows & Doors

We have great partnerships with windows and door manufacturers to offer a range of UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors.

Our windows and doors are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.

Choose from French, sliding, or bi-fold doors.

Foundation / Base

Every garden is different—we conduct a ground survey on every project to ensure we're using the most stable foundation for your circumstances.

The base of your garden room will be built using treated timber secured to the foundations, insulated highly, and wrapped with a waterproof membrane to stop rising damp.
